Microsoft
Volume Licensing Information
Microsoft's
new Volume Licensing program was implemented on July
31, 2002. This new licensing program is designed for
corporate, government, charity, and academic institutions
ordering five or more licenses. After an initial purchase,
single orders are accepted through the licensing term.
During the two-year term, customers are allowed current
version upgrades of the enrolled software. This replaces
the previous one-time upgrade programs.
